What you’ll be doing
- Diagnosing, repairing and maintaining commercial coffee machines
- Responding to breakdowns and service calls in the field
- Completing jobs and logging work using our Field Service Software
- Supporting customers with a professional, friendly approach
- Working closely with our Service team as we continue to grow
What we’re looking for
Experience & skills
- 3+ years’ experience as a field-based coffee engineer
- Strong technical knowledge of traditional and bean-to-cup machines
- Full UK driving licence
- Proof of The Right to Work in the UK
- Confident, organised, and calm under pressure
- A genuine interest in coffee and equipment
Knowledge
- A genuine interest in coffee and coffee equipment
- Experience with diary management and scheduling
- Experience with Field Service Software (desirable, not essential)
- Positive, proactive, and calm under pressure
