About the role

At Caffè Nero we’re looking for warm, positive people who love working with others to come on board as Store Managers.

If you have experience of leading, developing and nurturing a team in a busy, customer‑facing environment, we would love to hear from you.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the team, coaching them by example and ensuring performance standards are met.
  • Provide fantastic customer service using our signature 1‑2‑1 service style, ensuring customers leave with a personalised experience.
  • Prepare a full range of drinks – coffee, matcha and seasonal drinks – guaranteeing each order is special and of the highest quality.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house environment, including cleaning tables and keeping toilets to the high standards our customers expect.
  • Deliver a positive attitude and teamwork within the café and with the wider Caffè Nero community.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer‑facing management role.
  • Strong leadership skills with an ability to build and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive, energetic personality.
  • A passion for coffee and a willingness to create memorable experiences for customers.
