Store Manager – Northallerton, United Kingdom
We are looking for a warm, positive, and proactive Store Manager to lead our café in Northallerton.
The role includes managing day‑to‑day operations, delivering excellent customer service, and developing a high‑performing team.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive the operational performance of the store, ensuring high standards of service, cleanliness, and safety.
- Deliver great coffee and an outstanding customer experience, both in‑store and through deliveries.
- Train, coach and motivate the barista and support staff to achieve personal and team goals.
- Maintain inventory, manage costs and support the store budget and performance targets.
- Implement the 1‑2‑1 service style, ensuring each customer receives a personalised experience.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and hygiene standards across front and back‑of‑house areas.
- Lead the preparation for and participation in store events such as the Caffè Nero Club, Barista of the Year Competition and end‑of‑year celebrations.
- What you can expect
- Base salary up to £32,000 depending on experience.
- Performance related bonus of £3,500‑£5,500 per annum.
