- Are charge of the shift, leading their team by example.
- Make fantastic coffee… and matcha… and seasonal drinks… every order is special! From bean to cup, they make each customer their coffee, exactly how they like it!
- Provide great service, both in store and through deliveries. With our signature 1-2-1 service style, they ensure customers leave with a personalised experience.
- Keep the customer and back-of-house areas safe, clean, organised and ready for service. Some examples would be cleaning tables or ensuring toilets are kept to the high standards our customers expect.

- Positive attitude Teamwork, To become a Shift Leader, ideally you will have some experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader - but if you haven\'t got that don\'t worry, we\'d still love to hear from you.

- What you can expect:
- The starter rate for Shift Leaders in this location is £12.76 per hour, increasing to £12.91 with service. If you have a great attitude, bags of energy and love interacting with customers then we\'d love to hear from you!
