Responsibilities
- Support in the running of the store – leading the team, delivering great customer service and ensuring the highest standards of coffee and food.
- Lead by example in customer interactions and maintain a positive, collaborative team environment.
Qualifications
- Ideally has experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader, but applications from motivated individuals without this experience are welcome.
- Strong customer service mindset and ability to work as part of a team.
