Responsibilities
- Support the running of the store by leading the team
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain the highest standards of coffee and food
As a Shift Leader, you will lead the team, deliver great customer service, and support store operations. You will ideally have experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader, but applications from those without direct supervisory experience are welcome.
