Shift Leaders are key in supporting the smooth running of store operations, providing great service and supporting their team to do the same. They are
- in charge of the shift, leading their team by example.
- making fantastic coffee, including matcha and seasonal drinks; every order is special. From bean to cup, they make each customer’s coffee exactly how they like it.
- providing great service, both in store and through deliveries. With our signature 1-2-1 service style, they ensure customers leave with a personalised experience.
- keeping the customer and back-of-house areas safe, clean, organised and ready for service. This includes cleaning tables and ensuring toilets meet high standards our customers expect.
- taking pride in what they do and always striving for excellence.
To become a Shift Leader, ideally you will have some experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader – but if you haven’t got that, we’d still love to hear from you.
