We are looking for a part-time (4 days per week) Regional HR Partner to join us here at Caffè Nero, looking after 60 stores in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
Based in Northern Ireland, the role will partner the Regional Manager, whilst working closely with the Operations Director for Ireland.
It’s a great position in a growing and exciting business, where you can really see the difference you make every day.
In this role you can expect to
- Be visible in store, this is very much a field based role.
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, particularly the Operations Director, Regional Manager, Area Managers and wider members of the People and Head Office Team.
- Ensure all of our Northern Ireland and ROI people processes are set up, fit for purpose and legally compliant.
- Understand how you can influence and drive our core people measures within the Region and produce solutions that have a measurable impact.
- Be set up for success - design and deliver leadership development activities on the Region to ensure people are set to succeed.
- Investigate new ways of delivering best practice as a senior people professional, on your Region and with the wider People and Ops Leadership team.
- Know your people – harnessing talent by identifying short term and long- term successors within the Region.
- Provide regular and meaningful updates to the People and Regional Teams.
- Identify and deliver commercially focused People projects in line with business plans.
To be successful, you will have
- Relevant experience in Human Resources within a multi-site environment, ideally within retail/hospitality.
- Sound knowledge and application of UK and ROI Employment Law.
- Associate membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) or working towards.
- Drive and resilience to overcome challenges.
- Excellent communication and mediation skills.
- The ability to influence at all levels of the business
- Great self-motivation and the ability to work autonomously and remotely .. but also be a brilliant team player!
- The ability to collaborate & apply a supportive coaching style.
- A full driving license.
