About the role: This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Marketing Manager (or equivalent) within FMCG who wants to shape the future growth strategy of Caffè Nero outside of its traditional store estate. The role has a focus on growing the sales performance of the brand through Brand Marketing, Commercial Innovation Initiatives and New Product Development for Caffè Nero’s newest channels – direct‑to‑consumer eCommerce, grocery and wholesale.

Key responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing an annual marketing plan for each channel.
  • Leading key strategic brand initiatives.
  • Translating market and consumer insights into category and brand growth projections.
  • Holding P&L responsibility, delivering against challenging and exciting growth objectives.
  • Developing eCommerce media plans to drive traffic and conversion on the Caffè Nero website.
  • Creating brand building promotions through all channels to drive trial and conversion.
  • Collaborating with the retailer.
