Our Assistant Managers are second in command and are vital for the smooth running of the store, providing great service and supporting their team to do the same.

They

  • Support the Store Manager with training, coaching and managing their team to drive standards and performance.
  • Make fantastic coffee… and matcha… and seasonal drinks… every order is special! From bean to cup, they make each customer their coffee, exactly how they like it!
  • Lead by example and provide great service, both in store and through deliveries.

With our signature 1-2-1 service style, they ensure customers leave with a personalised experience.

  • Keep the customer and back-of-house areas safe, clean, organised and ready for service.

Some examples would be cleaning tables or ensuring toilets are kept to the high standards our customers expect.
