As a Shift Leader at Caffè Nero, you will support the running of the store by leading the team, delivering great customer service, and ensuring the highest standards of coffee and food. The position is part‑time temporary, with a starting pay of £12.76 per hour that increases to £12.91 with service. Ideally you have experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader, but a positive attitude, strong teamwork skills and a passion for customer interaction are also essential.
