As a Shift Leader, you will support the running of the store by leading the team, providing excellent customer service and ensuring the highest standards of coffee and food. We prefer candidates with experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader, but we also welcome those without that experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the store team.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and quality standards.
- Support day‑to‑day store operations.
