Role Overview

As a Shift Leader, you will support in the running of the store – leading the team, providing excellent customer service and delivering the very best standards of coffee and food.
Responsibilities
- Lead the team during shifts.
- Deliver excellent customer service.
- Maintain high standards of coffee and food quality.
- Support staff training and development.
- Ensure store health and safety standards are met.
Qualifications
- Ideally some experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader.
- Positive attitude, good teamwork and customer interaction skills.
