Responsibilities
- Make fantastic coffee, matcha, and seasonal drinks, customizing each order to the customer's preferences.
- Provide great service in‑store and through deliveries using our signature 1‑2‑1 service style.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organised customer area and back‑of‑house, including cleaning tables and ensuring toilets meet high standards.
- Take pride in the work and consistently strive for excellence.

Compensation
Our Baristas earn up to £12.71 per hour in this location. Starter rates apply depending on age:
- Under 21:£10.85 per hour
- 21 and over:£12.71 per hour
