Barista means bringing this to life and becoming the heartbeat of Caffè Nero. Our Baristas:
- Make fantastic coffee... and matcha... and seasonal drinks... every order is special! From bean to cup, they make each customer their coffee, exactly how they like it!
- Provide great service, both in store and through deliveries. With our signature 1-2-1 service style, they ensure customers leave with a personalised experience.
- Keep the customer and back-of-house areas safe, clean, organised and ready for service.
Some examples would be cleaning tables or ensuring toilets are kept to the high standards our customers expect.
