Barista Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of coffee, matcha and seasonal drinks, ensuring each order is made to the customer's exact preference.
- Provide excellent service both in the store and for deliveries, using the signature 1-2-1 service style.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of customer and back‑of‑house areas, including tables and toilets, to high standards.
- Promote a positive customer experience, ensuring customers leave with a personalised service.
- Take pride in work and strive for excellence at all times.
