Caffè Nero is looking for an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager with training, coaching and running a busy cafe in Little London. You will lead a small team, drive standards, and deliver the signature 1-2-1 service to every customer.
You will ensure safe, clean back-of-house and front-of-house operations, contribute to achieving targets, and flourish in a people-focused role with excellent development opportunities. Starter rate is £12.91 per hour, rising to £13.06 on service.
