As a Store Manager you will take ownership of your own store, providing great customer service and the best standards of coffee and food.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the store, ensuring excellent customer service and high standards of coffee and food.
  • Lead, develop and nurture a team in a busy, customer‑facing environment.
  • Provide fantastic service while growing and developing your own team.

Qualifications

  • Experience of leading, developing and nurturing a team in a customer‑facing environment.
  • Positive attitude, ability to work well in a team and a passion for coffee and customer interaction.
