Caffè Nero UK is seeking a Senior Customer Marketing Manager to drive the UK customer growth agenda from Covent Garden. You will translate commercial priorities into joined-up plans across CRM, loyalty, partnerships, paid media, social, digital and in-store channels, ensuring activity is customer-led and outcome-focused.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will lead cross-functional work, set clear KPIs and champion a test-and-learn culture to optimise campaigns and propositions across all.
