Caffè Nero UK is seeking a Regional HR Partner for NI and ROI.

The role is part-time (4 days per week) and field-based, based in Northern Ireland, partnering the Regional Manager and working with the Ireland Operations Director.

The role requires strong HR generalist experience across multiple stores, knowledge of UK and ROI employment law, CIPD membership or progress toward it, and the ability to influence at all levels while working remotely when needed.
