Key Responsibilities
- Managing morning kitchen prep to ensure display counters are fresh and fully stocked by opening..
- Designing seasonal, high-margin daytime menus and creative evening small plates..
- Ensuring strict kitchen hygiene, stock rotation, and food cost control..
