Responsibilities
- Prepare and produce a variety of high‑quality pastries, desserts, and baked goods in accordance with established recipes and standards.

- Ensure all food safety and hygiene regulations are strictly adhered to during food preparation and handling.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the pastry section, including equipment and work surfaces.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely service during busy periods.
- Monitor stock levels of ingredients and notify management when supplies need replenishing.
- Assist with training junior staff members in pastry techniques and food safety procedures.
