Caffè Concerto is seeking an experienced Production Baker to join our Central Bakery team in London.

The role requires producing high-quality bakery items to daily production schedules and ensuring HACCP standards are met.

You'll work from established recipes, handle laminated doughs, artisan breads, croissants, and other dough-based products, and support stock rotation.
