Caffe Concerto is looking for a motivated Salad Chef or Kitchen Porter (KP) to join our team, with full training and development provided by our finest Head Chefs across the branches, and a clear pathway to progress into a Sous Chef or Head Chef role.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Kitchen Porter, Salad Chef, or in a similar kitchen role is preferred.
- A genuine passion for food and working with fresh, high-quality ingredients.
- Willingness to learn and develop culinary skills with full training provided.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills with managers, kitchen, and front-of-house staff.
- Flexibility to work full-time hours and varied shifts.
- Physically able to stand for long periods, bend, and lift when required.
- Food Safety Level 1 and Health & Safety Level 1 certificates are an advantage (training can be provided as well). .
