Your Team

You will join our B2B2C Distribution team and report directly to the Director, Distribution Partnerships. Based in London, you will lead Readly's business development efforts across the UK & Ireland, developing strategic distribution partnerships with major consumer brands across multiple industries including Telecommunications, Banking, Insurance, Retail, Travel, Hospitality and Pay TV.

Your Responsibilities

  • Identifying, prospecting and engaging new strategic partners across your target verticals.
  • Owning the entire sales cycle—from opportunity identification and business case development to executive presentations, commercial negotiations and contract signature.
  • Building long-term relationships with senior decision-makers (C-Level, VP, Directors) within leading UK organizations.
  • Creating compelling partnership proposals that demonstrate the value of integrating Cafeyn Premium into partners' customer propositions.
  • Collaborating closely with Marketing, Product, Finance and Legal teams to structure successful partnership agreements.
  • Ensuring a seamless transition of signed partnerships to our Account Management and Channel Marketing teams for launch and ongoing growth.
  • Monitoring market trends, competitor activity and emerging partnership opportunities within the UK B2B2C ecosystem.
  • Contributing to Cafeyn's commercial strategy by sharing insights and helping refine our go-to-market approach.

This is a highly entrepreneurial role combining strategic thinking, consultative selling and hands-on business development in a fast-growing international environment.

About You

You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

  • 5+ years' experience in Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, Channel Sales or Enterprise Sales.
  • Proven success developing B2B2C partnerships within sectors such as Telecommunications, Financial Services, Insurance, Retail, Travel, Hospitality or Digital Services.
  • A strong track record of sourcing, negotiating and closing complex commercial agreements with enterprise clients.
  • Experience managing senior stakeholder relationships, including C-Level executives.
  • Excellent commercial acumen with strong negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Confidence building business cases and presenting strategic partnership opportunities.
  • Experience managing sales pipelines using CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • A consultative sales approach, balancing short-term commercial performance with long-term partner success.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
  • An entrepreneurial, proactive and resilient mindset with a passion for technology, media and digital products.
  • Fluency in English is essential. Additional European languages are considered a plus.
  • You have an authorization (nationality, work permit....) to work in London.
