Are you looking for a career-defining opportunity to lead national grocery customers for a purpose-led, category-leading drinks brand? I am recruiting for a Senior National Account Manager role with Cafédirect, perfectly suited to a National Account Manager making a step up or a SNAM that wants to work for a sustainably focussed, proud B-corp business. This is a position responsible for managing and growing Cafédirect’s UK grocery customers. You will own full commercial relationships, develop joint business plans, and drive profitable, sustainable growth for one of the UK’s most respected ethical hot drinks brands.

The Role…
- Own and manage nominated UK grocery multiple accounts, delivering sustainable revenue, profit and distribution growth.
- Develop and execute joint business plans, ensuring Cafédirect is positioned as a category-leading ethical brand.
- Lead all commercial negotiations including listings, pricing, promotions and trade investment.
- Drive performance through distribution gains, rate-of-sale improvements and effective promotional mechanics.
- Manage full customer P&L, including budgets, trade spend, accruals and forecasting.
- Deliver data-led selling stories and category recommendations using available insights and performance data.
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, Operations and Purpose teams to ensure aligned execution.
- Build strong relationships with key customer stakeholders, influencing at all levels.
