We're looking for an experienced Technical Services Manager to join our Technical team and play a key role in supporting some of the UK's leading retailers, foodservice customers and business partners. This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused technical professional who enjoys building relationships, managing multiple projects and ensuring products meet the highest standards of safety, legality and quality.
- Managing customer specifications and supporting the launch of new products
- Providing technical support to National Account Managers and wider business teams
- Managing consumer complaints and supporting investigations and trend analysis
- Supporting ethical sourcing, sustainability and customer compliance requirements
- Working closely with colleagues across Technical, Commercial, Supply Chain and Operations
Experience within a food manufacturing technical, quality or compliance role Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills Experience working with major retailers and online specification portals would be advantageous.
