This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused technical professional who enjoys building relationships, managing multiple projects and ensuring products meet the highest standards of safety, legality and quality.

  • Managing customer specifications and supporting the launch of new products
  • Providing technical support to National Account Managers and wider business teams
  • Managing consumer complaints and supporting investigations and trend analysis
  • Supporting ethical sourcing, sustainability and customer compliance requirements
  • Working closely with colleagues across Technical, Commercial, Supply Chain and Operations

Experience within a food manufacturing technical, quality or compliance role is required, along with strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills. Experience working with major retailers and online specification portals would be advantageous.
