- Hours can be extended based on your success in attracting and retaining customers

- Can turn first-time visitors into regulars through genuine relationship-building
- Takes full ownership and initiative without supervision

- You're the person people gravitate toward and remember
- You can strike up conversations with anyone and build genuine connections

- You've got high energy and bring positive vibes
- You don't mind rolling up your sleeves - every task matters in a small cafe
- You're motivated by the challenge of building something and being rewarded as it grows
What we offer:
- Salary dependent on experience
- Consistent morning hours with afternoons and Sundays off
- Clear opportunity to increase your hours and earnings as you bring in more customers
