- Can work quickly and calmly during busy services.
- Is reliable and punctual.

Experience working in an Indian restaurant or a busy independent restaurant would be an advantage, but it is not essential if you have strong front-of-house experience. We are particularly interested in someone who understands good hospitality - noticing when customers need attention, recommending dishes, managing several tables at once and making guests feel welcome without needing constant supervision.
If you are an experienced waiter or waitress looking to join a friendly independent restaurant, we would be pleased to hear from you.
