Diagnostic Radiographer – Clatterbridge Cancer Centre NHS Foundation Trust

We are looking for an enthusiastic radiographer with post‑qualification experience to step up into a band 6 opportunity. This role may include working across all radiology departments at CCCL, CCCW and CDC‑P. Shift work supports weekends – Saturday and Sunday, hours only between 08:00‑18:00.

You will be part of a dedicated imaging team which includes imaging assistants, radiographers, modality clinical specialists, operational lead radiographers, radiologists, and physicists. Our team has recently achieved the QSI quality mark.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform diagnostic radiography across all radiology departments (CCCL, CCCW, CDC‑P).
  • Support weekend imaging services (Saturday & Sunday, 08:00‑18:00).
  • Collaborate with imaging assistants, radiographers, modality clinical specialists, operational lead radiographers, radiologists, and physicists.
  • Help maintain the QSI quality mark and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Qualifications

  • Post‑qualification experience as a radiographer.
  • Band 6 capability.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
