Set in the heart of Mayfair, one Michelin-starred Murano restaurant is the home of renowned chef Angela Hartnett. The cuisine is Modern European with a strong Italian influence and the service focus is warm and friendly.
We’re looking for a passionate and knowledgeable sommelier who is looking to take the next step in their wine career. They will support the Head Sommelier in running the wine service and be the voice of the list in their absence.

To join us the successful Sommelier candidate will:
- Provide charismatic, warm and engaging service to deliver a memorable experience for all our guests
- Have a love for wines & spirits and a passion for developing the knowledge further
- Have an equal passion for food and hospitality
- Be confident in learning and communicating an extensive drink offering and be eager to develop their people management skills
- Undertake some administrative duties and be keen to help develop junior members of the team
- Be enthusiastic at the opportunity to develop the current offering through attending tastings and showing awareness of the wider industry
- Be an excellent team player with exceptional communication skills
- Have a minimum of 2 year experience working in a similar, fast-paced environment
- WSET level 3 or equivalent is required.
