- Lead by example in delivering professional, warm, and engaging service at all times.
- Be charismatic, confident, and able to build genuine rapport with guests.
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge and passion for cocktails, wine, and spirits, with a strong desire to continue learning and developing.
- Take ownership of the bar operation, ensuring exceptional standards of presentation, cleanliness, and service.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the bar team, providing training and support to encourage growth and excellence.
- Manage stock control, ordering, and bar procedures effectively, ensuring accurate management and minimising wastage.
- Have previous experience in a comparable quality-led restaurant bar environment, ideally in a senior bartender or supervisory role.
