Set in the heart of Mayfair, Michelin-starred Murano is Angela Hartnett’s flagship restaurant. Known for warm, relaxed hospitality and Modern European cuisine with Italian influence, we are looking for a talented Senior Sommelier to help lead and inspire our wine service.
What we offer:
- £17.21 per hour + guaranteed 30 hours (no zero-hour contracts)
- Flexible rotas released 2 weeks in advance

What we’re looking for:
- A confident, guest-focused Sommelier with natural presence
- Deep knowledge and passion for wine and food pairing
- WSET 3 (or equivalent), with ambition to grow further
- Strong leadership skills – able to support, guide and inspire junior team members
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar fine dining environment
