Cafe Linea is a neighbourhood restaurant, bar, and bakery in the heart of Chelsea, just off Sloane Square. We bring together the craft of a patisserie with the energy of a busy all-day cafe serving seasonal food and drinks from morning through to evening. Our terrace overlooks the Saatchi Green, and on sunny days the pace is high, the restaurant is full, and the atmosphere is lively, warm, and welcoming.
The Role
We are looking for a Head Host to take full ownership of the door and lead the guest experience from the moment people arrive. This is a key front-of-house role in a high-volume service environment, with a busy terrace operation and a constant flow of both bookings and walk-ins. You will be responsible for controlling the door day-to-day making real-time decisions on seating, pacing, and table allocation to keep the restaurant running smoothly. You will work closely with the floor and management team, acting as the central point between reservations, service, and guest experience.
