We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sous Chef or Head Chef to lead our culinary team. Duties
- Ensure efficient operation and high-quality food production.
- Oversee all aspects of food preparation, presentation, and service to meet the establishment's standards.
- Manage daily kitchen operations, including inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness in accordance with food safety regulations.
- Develop innovative menus in collaboration with management, catering to diverse customer preferences.

Experience

- Experience in food preparation, cooking techniques, and menu development.
- Previous hospitality experience including serving customers in a fast-paced environment is advantageous.
