Cafcass is seeking a Service Manager to lead multidisciplinary teams across the region in a hybrid working model.

You will be responsible for safeguarding work, assessments, and ensuring child-centred outcomes within the Family Court framework.

You will bring expert knowledge of children's social work, strong supervisory and teaching capabilities, and a proven ability to build cross-agency networks while supporting staff through change.
