Cafcass is recruiting a Trainee HR Officer to join our HR Operations / People Services function, with hybrid working and Midlands-based travel requirements. This role provides hands-on experience across the full employee lifecycle and path to a HR Officer role.
You will work under supervision of an HR Manager and HR Business Partner, gaining exposure to operational HR and project-based work while supporting managers nationwide.
