The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 ÂŁ per year.

We are looking for a proactive and skilled Senior HR Projects Officer on a fixed term contract (April 26 - April 27, working 29.6 hours) to play a key role in delivering our People and Culture priorities. This is a national role within our HR/OD team, which predominantly works remotely, requiring an element of travel to meet business needs and in alignment with our in‑person connection principles (e.g., in‑person inductions, management development sessions, team events and our annual awards).

In this role, you will work closely with the wider OD team to support and shape our HR strategy. You’ll lead a portfolio of organisational development projects that directly align to our strategic plan, including:

  • National Induction
  • Reward and Recognition initiatives
  • Our annual colleague survey and engagement
  • Embedding our Together values and behaviour framework

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong digital capability, especially MS Teams, PowerPoint and Excel for data gathering, analysis and presenting insights.
  • Confidence and creativity in delivering HR/OD content, including presentations, workshops or training to a variety of audiences as part of learning and development.
  • Ability to challenge constructively, offering evidence‑based solutions and supporting effective and informed decision‑making.
  • Customer‑focused approach, proactively identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and enhanced colleague experience.
  • Experience planning, coordinating and delivering people‑related projects, such as induction improvements, recognition initiatives or colleague surveys.
  • Understanding of key people frameworks, including reward and recognition, engagement approaches, leadership development and organisational culture.
  • Strong data insight skills, interpreting complex data to diagnose issues, identify trends and shape longer‑term solutions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, able to build credibility and influence effectively at all levels.
  • CIPD Level 3 is advantageous but not necessary; however, a willingness to work towards it is expected.
