Cafcass is recruiting a Children’s Social Worker / Family Court Adviser based in Leeds to undertake direct work with children and families involved in family court proceedings. This role ensures children’s voices are heard and informs judicial decision-making, collaborating with judges, legal professionals and partner agencies.

You will conduct high-quality assessments focused on safety and wellbeing, preparing clear reports for the family court, including Child Impact Reports.
