Approvals Project Manager

Responsible for delivering authorisation and approval of vehicles for mainline and metro projects, in line with the Railway Interoperability Regulations 2011 and Network Rail standards.

Supports timely technical submissions to Certification Bodies and Network Rail to ensure on-time delivery, testing, and entry into service.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee vehicle authorisation and approval processes across all project stages.
  • Prepare and submit technical documentation to Certification Bodies and Network Rail.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
  • Communicate progress and issues to stakeholders, clients, and internal teams.
  • Maintain accurate project records and documentation.
  • Participate in multi‑disciplinary project teams to deliver successful outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience delivering projects in a multi‑disciplinary environment.
