We have an exciting opportunity for a Cafe Supervisor to join our team at Café Kitsuné, Belgravia.

The Role
AsCafé Supervisorat Café Kitsuné, you’ll support the day-to-day running of the floor and bar, ensuring smooth service and an exceptional guest experience. From leading by example to overseeing the team during service, you’ll help maintain the café’s high standards, pace, and signature style.
You’re confident, organised, and passionate about both people and coffee. With a strong eye for detail and natural leadership skills, you keep service running effortlessly and bring a calm, positive energy to every shift.
Key Skills
- Previous experience in a leadership / supervisory role, preferably coffee shop / restaurant experience
- Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of POS systems and basic financial operations
- Passion for coffee, hospitality, and delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities
