Role Overview

As Materials Controller, you will manage a well‑organised stores department, handling material movement and storage through streamlined processing. You’ll coordinate logistics with key stakeholders, communicate material transactions, inquiries, stock inspections and audits with customers and project teams, maintain material logs, monitor stock levels and ensure accurate system information to deliver precise data. Your role is crucial to multiple departments and you’ll support materials planning and control as required.

Responsibilities

  • Run a well‑organised stores department and manage material movement and storage.
  • Coordinate logistics with key stakeholders and communicate with customers and project teams.
  • Maintain material logs and monitor stock levels.
  • Ensure accuracy of system information for quality data delivery.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a similar role.
  • Strong computing skills, especially with ERP and logistics/stock control systems.
  • Valid driver’s licence.
