What will be your role in the company? Lead and govern product assurance activities across CAF Rail UK projects, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations. Drive a culture of “right-first-time” and “safety-by-design” through robust governance, assurance planning, and continuous improvement.
Success criteria

- Essential
- Engineering degree (Mechanical, Electrical, Systems or Quality preferred)
- Experience with Quality Management Systems
- Knowledge of UK rail regulation (ROGS, RSSB, RISAS/RISQS)
- PRINCE2 / APM PMQ or similar
- Knowledge of CSM‑RA
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt+
- Experience with RISAS/RISQS assurance
- Spanish beneficial
