The Opportunity
We know how tough the job market is for newly qualified graduates. That's why we're excited to offer 4 Graduate Analyst opportunities. This six-month, fixed-term role gives you the chance to understand how a regulated bank operates, and how the services we provide support the charity sector and the people who depend on it. You will be a valued part of our team, gaining real experience of the working world and building the key employability skills to set you up for what comes next. You will be based at our Kent office in Kings Hill, three days a week. Please note public transport to this location is limited — the nearest train station is a 30-minute walk away, and bus services are irregular.

Beyond your immediate team, you'll gain a broad overview of how the Bank works as a whole — through your induction and the interactions you'll have across different functions.
