Want a career with purpose? Help protect funds that change lives. We’re looking for a talented and motivated Financial Intelligence Administrator to join our hardworking Financial Intelligence Team at CAF Bank, part of the Charities Aid Foundation (CAF).

What you’ll do:

  • Support the Financial Intelligence Team by undertaking a broad range of KYC/AML and fraud prevention activities across CAF Bank.
  • Conduct due diligence, transaction monitoring, fraud investigation, and payments screening.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, support customer protection, contribute to reducing financial crime risk, and provide cross-team cover to ensure operational tasks are completed within SLA.
  • Conduct KYC and AML checks including screening and due diligence.
  • Review new accounts and identify risks or unusual activity.
  • Verify customer identity documents in line with regulatory standards.
  • Perform transaction monitoring and elevate suspicious activity.
  • Investigate fraud cases and maintain accurate records.
  • Liaise with customers and third parties to support investigations.
