Sales Manager – The Midlands

Caesarstone Ltd. – Corporate invites applications for the Sales Manager – The Midlands role.

Caesarstone is an award‑winning international designer and manufacturer of premium surfaces for the commercial and residential interiors sector. We are looking for a Sales Manager covering the Birmingham, Warwickshire, Leicestershire and Northamptonshire area to increase product sales and contribute to overall business success. The successful candidate will maximise demand creation through the kitchen and bathroom (K&B) channel, support kitchen designers in promoting Caesarstone at point of sale, engage with showrooms, manage fabricators and servicing accounts, provide quotations and marketing collateral, and sustain and develop client relationships.

Full product training will be provided, but you must be target driven, engage with a passion for sales and success, and possess field sales experience. The role will involve travel to sales meetings (head office in Enfield, North London) and occasional overnight stays.

We will provide a company car, laptop, and mobile phone.

Essential Requirements

  • At least 2 years sales experience in a business‑to‑business or business‑to‑consumer environment
  • Field sales experience within a competitive market
  • Experience working with a premium brand
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and time‑management skills
  • Computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Basic sales and training skills
  • Ability to plan journeys in the given area
  • A full clean driving licence

Desirable Qualities

  • Commercial awareness
  • Knowledge of the kitchen & bathroom or work surfaces industry
