As a Cloud Core Platform Engineer, you will be essential in supporting our developers, lower environments, and ultimately our production system. We run a 24x7x365 business and must develop a highly performant, resilient, scalable, and user-focused platform. You will assist in the implementation of critical projects while working with your team (pod), collaborate across teams within the platform organization to ensure best practices and innovative solutions are adopted and interact with Developers to get their code into production. We focus on delivering exceptional user experiences for our developers and areas of support. This role empowers you to lead the charge in advancing frontend technologies and fostering a culture of engineering excellence. This is a hybrid role reporting onsite to our Leeds, United Kingdom office 1-2 days a week.

Responsibilities:

  • Leverage your expertise to assist in design, develop, and optimize complex features along with the technical lead and solutions architect.
  • Build and maintain extremely performant components optimized for our developers to deliver world class applications in a secure and reliable manner.
  • Assist in delivering initiatives to meet the demands of our business: A Stable, performant, supportable platform.
