Product Managers at Caesars Digital obsess over their customers and pride themselves on developing features their customers love. They track the behaviors and outcomes of every feature they launch, only to keep improving the journey with each release. They listen to customers, their teams, stakeholders, SMEs across the empire while always considering the overall strategy of Caesars when they are creating, prioritizing, and sometimes negotiating items their team's backlogs and roadmaps. Our Product Managers are natural leaders who inspire and deliver.
This role is remote, with one required visit to your designated home office per quarter. Home Office: Leeds, UK
Responsibilities- Represent the customer's voice and advocate for their needs to development teams with deep customer knowledge and empathy.
- Create, prioritize and maintain the team's roadmap. Collaborate with the Product Lead and stakeholders to develop the vision for the team.
- Establish OKRs for product teams to set collaborative goals, focused on new features, crucial improvements and progress markers which align to the overarching product strategies and business goals.
- Embrace challenges with an innovative approach which raises the bar of our strategy and our culture of collaboration.
- Use data, analytics, feedback from customers, and industry research to drive product decisions, measure success, and transform the user experience.
- Ability to engage with product teams, developers, internal customers, and company leaders in a constructive and collaborative way to drive consensus and support for solutions/products/features/roadmaps being presented.
- Collaborate with engineering, business and operations teams to develop feasible, viable and desirable solutions while incorporating customer feedback through multiple iterations of your products.
- Passionate about data. You are always looking to better understand our customers and find opportunities to serve them through both qualitative and quantitative insights.
- Promote a culture of communication, curiosity, learning, and iteration.
- Engaging and inspiring public speaker who can clearly communicate the performance of products utilising key tools like detailed mock-ups, user flows, and prototypes.
- Gather, document and articulate requirements in a concise manner using Agile methods like themes, epics and user stories with detailed acceptance criteria.
- 3+ years developing successful digital products.
- Experience in Agile software product delivery, preferably in a scrum setting using Jira.
- Experience creating and maintaining roadmaps.
- Track record of leading and delivering large-scale products from conception through to completion.
- Demonstrates an understanding of the techniques and methods of modern product discovery and product delivery.
- Find complex problems with numerous restraints exciting; and not daunting.
- Ability to write descriptive narratives which demonstrate your knowledge of the problem, strategies, risks, and data which helped formulate the proposed solution or feature.
- Proven ability to engage with engineers.
- Enjoy learning new skills and are passionate about new developments in technology.
- You are a highly motivated individual; who wants to work with the best and be the best.
- Ability to build trusting relationships with peers, teams, and leaders.
