Training Officer

We pay an attractive salary of £32,578 - £35,570 and offer access to training and development opportunities. We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Training Officer to support the development of our Catering Services workforce. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating and delivering mandatory and role-specific training, ensuring staff remain compliant with statutory, legislative, regulatory and Council requirements. Working across multiple sites, you will develop engaging training solutions, maintain accurate compliance records, support audits and inspections, and provide advice and guidance to managers and staff. For the role, we ask that you have

• A minimum Level 3 qualification on the Credit and Qualifications Framework for Wales in a training, teaching or assessing discipline.
• Experience delivering face-to-face training
